Case summary
The court found that the matter had been decided about 15 years ago and nobody had ever come out to complain about the lacking decision. Further, the registrar had not specified the particular issue that required direction of the High Court.   The court found that, in the absence of any complaint, the decision of the trail magistrate had to be fully respected and upheld.     The case was therefore returned to the lower court for safe custody.
