The navigation menu on the ULII home page allows you to
explore the available resources for the selected jurisdiction to explore
specific caselaw collections from courts and tribunals in a covered country.
The country-specific pages provide you with an up-to-date list of availble
caselaw, legislation and secondary materials collections, as well as a
Catalogue and Websearch section, providing a selection of links to legal
websites from the selected jurisdiction.
1) Navigating for caselaw:
From the home page, begin by mousing over your selected
jurisdiction (e.g. Uganda). This brings up a menu, allowing you to select a
court’s caselaw collection (e.g. Constitutional Court 2005+). The link also
indicates the start date of the collection (e.g. the Uganda Constitutional
court covers decisions handed down from 2005 onwards).
Once you have followed the links to the page of the particular collection,
you will see alphabetical and chronological lists where you can browse
available documents, and select a specific document you may be looking
for.
2) Navigating to a specific court page to browse through all available
legal materials for the chosen jurisdiction
From the home page menu, click on your court of
interest. You will be re-directed to the court-specific page where you can
view all available case law.
